Arrow keys or WASD to fly. Hold Space or Z to fire, or turn on auto-fire (🔫). X or ⚡ fires a thunderbolt. P pauses; F or ⤢ goes full screen. On a phone, drag anywhere to fly; it fires by itself.

• Your plane runs on energy, the bar along the bottom. It drains slowly as you fly, and each hit costs 10. A laurel wreath puts 25 back. When it runs out, the game is over.
• A thunderbolt clears the enemy's shots and strikes everything on screen, but costs 15 energy.
• Shoot down a whole red flight for a prize: a laurel, or a new gun for 20 seconds: F (a fan of shots), V (a volley) or S (a spear that goes through).
• At the end of every stage comes the Kolossos, a great iron battleship: knock out its four guns and its heart opens. Sink it, and what's left of your energy is scored, then filled up again.

Fighters 100 (red ones 150), gunboats 300, bombers 500, destroyers 1,000, the heavy bomber 5,000, the Kolossos's guns 1,000 each and its heart 20,000. Each stage the Iron Fleet shoots faster and comes thicker.
