Probably the easiest way to swap between Bitcoin and Lightning.

This is Swaptopia, a beta tool from Second (the team behind the Bark wallet, which the post's author works on). It swaps bitcoin between on-chain and Lightning in your browser. The wallet is created in the browser, and its keys never leave it, so no one else holds the sats. The docs say a bitcoin-to-Lightning swap sends your on-chain bitcoin onto Ark, then pays the Lightning invoice you give it. A Lightning-to-bitcoin swap receives the payment, then offboards the sats to the on-chain address you paste. The docs also say a bitcoin-to-Lightning swap on mainnet starts at 51,000 sats, and the page's sample amount is 50,000 sats.

The post calls it not even a swap service, but the site's own docs describe it as one that quotes from Second's Ark server, so the fair description is a self-custodial swap front end. Two cautions. It is labeled beta and opens on mainnet, where it moves real bitcoin. And the 12-word seed phrase is the only way back if the browser's data is lost mid-swap, so write it down before you swap. Keep the tab open until the swap finishes.
