New on Micwyn (Nov 6)
For you is now yours to steer, and it tells you why it shows what it shows.
- Why it's here. Every conversation in For you has a faint line under it: you follow the conversation, you follow the person who started it, someone you follow replied, or you follow the square.
- Three buttons at the top. Only what I follow adds nothing. Plus things like what I read (the default) adds a few suggestions from squares you read in. Plus surprises also adds a couple of lively conversations from squares outside what you usually read.
- What Micwyn has learned about me. A fold-out under the buttons shows where the suggestions come from. Press Not for me on a square to stop it, or Allow again to undo that. Your words from Your interests are there with a Change link.
- Start over. Forget what Micwyn has learned about me clears your Not for me choices and your interests, and stops your earlier reading from shaping suggestions. Your follows and reading history stay.
Only you see any of this, and it never ranks by how long you stare at something. If a suggestion looks wrong, tell us in the feedback box.
