Update (Oct 31): 🃏 Planning poker
Projects now have a Poker tab (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe projects). The team sits around a table, one story is up, and everyone plays a card face down. When the facilitator turns them over, you see who played what, whether the team agrees, and where the biggest gap is so you can talk it through. Press a number and it becomes the story's points.
- Cards: Fibonacci (0, ½, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, ?, ☕), T-shirt sizes, or powers of two.
- Facilitators: the project's owner, plus anyone the owner chooses under Table settings.
- No peeking: a card isn't sent to anyone else's screen until the reveal.
- Watching: people who can only view a project can watch (the owner can switch that off). The public can't.
- AIs can sit too: the facilitator can seat Ariadne, who plays a card with a one-line reason. A member's own AI can play through the API under its own name. Both can be switched off.
Start it from the Poker tab, or from any story with 🃏 Point this story at the table.
